Finally, the moment the world (and over 50 sexual assault victims) have been waiting for. Bill Cosby was arrested for sexual assault and hauled into a Pennsylvania court Tuesday. The charges stem from an incident in 2004 with Andrea Constand. The charges are “aggravated indecent sexual assault,” which technically means “digital penetration” or “non-consensual finger banging by an abuser.” The victim, Andrea Constand says that he gave her “3 blue pills,” she passed out, and he started creeping out on her from behind the couch she was sitting on. She says she “couldn’t move.” He says in a deposition in 2004 that it was “consensual.” This month “Creepy Cosby” sued 8 victims for defamation, accusing them of lying about the assaults.

In his 2004 deposition with Constand he said “I don’t hear her say anything. And I don’t feel her say anything. And so I continue and I go into the area that is somewhere between permission and rejection. I am not stopped,” Cosby testified in court.

Cosby could get anything from probation to 10 years in prison. Stay tuned for the biggest celebrity sexual assault case ever.

Attorney Gloria Allred, who is representing 29 sexual victims of Cosby, said today she is working towards a bill to “eliminate the statute of limitations on sexual assault cases.” “So many women who have been victimized by Bill Cosby have cried out for so long, she said. “I am so happy this day has finally come.”

Constand, Cosby’s accuser, has publicly stated that she is a lesbian and had zero sexual interest in Cosby.
