Here’s another reason we love Madonna. In the past few days she has been criticized by those who say she is “too old to be sexy”, and that at 56 should just “stop what she’s doing”. Do people ask Sting, who is 63, or Mick Jagger who is 71, to stop what they are doing? Of course not.
“I feel like it’s a form of discrimination that still has not been dealt with and it should be,” she says. “I think it should be as verboten as making racist remarks or making homophobic remarks, judging someone for their age,” she told Access Hollywood. “It’s sexist and it’s ageist.”
Meanwhile her new album, which was released on March 10th, is very fun, very fabulous, and very sexy.
